I’m a Sports Dietitian based in East Texas, with hands-on experience working with athletes at many different levels including youth, D1 collegiate athletic programs, professional athletes, retired athletes, and the generally active population. This journey has allowed me to work with athletes at all stages of life supporting their needs through sports nutrition fueling strategies through individual consultations as well as team education, and game-day (home and away) nutrition.

Being active and in tune with health and foods since I can remember sparked a deep passion for nutrition early on in my life, which ultimately led me to pursue my career as a Registered Dietitian. Through my education and real-world sports nutrition experience, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful proper fueling can be when it’s done correctly, consistently, and realistically.

Today, through Healthy with Hollin, I provide science-backed, practical sports nutrition support to athletes, teams, and families across East Texas and beyond — helping them fuel better, perform stronger, and build habits that will last lifelong.

Working in collegiate and professional sports exposed a major gap I couldn’t ignore — many youth and developing athletes simply aren’t taught how to fuel properly. They’re surrounded by conflicting advice, social media trends, and pressure to perform, yet lack the foundational tools needed to support growth, energy, recovery, and long-term health.

That’s where my mission comes in. I’m passionate about equipping young athletes and the people who support them with clear, realistic nutrition education that actually makes sense for busy schedules and real life. My approach removes the overwhelm and replaces it with confidence — helping athletes understand why nutrition matters and how to apply it without overcomplicating things.

My goal is to help athletes not only succeed in their sport, but also build a healthy relationship with food and have a desire to acknowledge the importance of nutrition in their life after sports while also realizing that performance nutrition doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. With the right guidance, fueling can feel empowering, sustainable, and achievable — and I’m here to help make that happen.
